Speakers
The heath and safety for the speakers is that all the wires have to be connected properly into the computer and into the wall. The computer has to be turned off at the main when you are connecting them. Make sure all of the wires are in the correct ports and the right way round. Make sure the wires are out of reach so you don’t accidently pull one out and break the wire for the speaker.
Printer
When you are connecting the printer to the computer is to make sure the P.C is off at the wall. Have all the wires out of reach so you don’t trip over them and break the printer. You have to make sure you put the USB in the right port/right way in on the printer and in the computer. When removing the USB you have to eject it from the computer before removing it from the USB port.
Digital Camera
When you are connecting a Digital camera to your computer you have to make sure the computer is turned off by the main. That you have the right USB lead in the right way and in the right port. There must be a connection at the other end of the USB to connect into the computer correctly. Don’t just pull out the USB out when you are done with the camera there will be a tick on your screen saying you can remove it safely be clicking on it.
Microphone
When you are connecting your microphone to your computer you have to make sure that you have turned the computer off at the main. You have to check that you have the right leads for the microphone to work and that they are in the right sockets at the back of the computer, for hearing the people you have to plug the green wire into the green port and for speaking you have to put the red wire into the red port.
